This warehouse is located at a pool position, it means the building can avoid most of the wind storm by the pool land, thanks to this factor, our engineer suggest client use a light steel frame structure, it will be cheaper and safe, it is a economy choice for the project owner.

Steel support system

Only main support is needed, like tie bar, column support, beam support. Other small support is not that necessary to strength the steel structure for this project, so we suggest project owner cancel other small support, it will save the building cost and installation cost.

Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: standard C section steel is used as roof purlin, and it is enough for this type warehouse.
Wall purlin: light Z steel is designed to fit wall panel, because the warehouse building itself won’t face a strong wind, light purlin is enough to fix wall sheet.

Roof sheet: dark gray color roof panel is used, the inside fruits need a low temperature for storage, so we installed a anti-sunshine roof sheet as the roof cover, thanks to this special sheet, the A/C system inside the warehouse no need run 24 hours, it will save power cost for client.

Wall sheet: there is parapet wall added for this 60*40*8m warehouse, it is different with most of the standard warehouse, it looks more beautiful. The color and panel use same materials like wall sheet, dark gray V-900 steel sheet.

Additional system

Rain gutter: in order to make the warehouse looks more beautiful from outside, we hide the gutter behind the parapet, so that you can not see the gutter in front of the warehouse building, only can see it the roof top.

Downpipe: PVC downpipe is installed inside the warehouse, and all water drainage out by foundation channel which made by cement concrete. The downpipe use standard diameter 110mm PVC pipe.

Door: Use auto power driven door with size 4m*4m, it won’t be a problem because the warehouse area power is very stable, the cost between auto door and manual sliding door is not that big, as long as your project area power supply is stable, auto door is fine.

5.Common bolt is used to fix purlin and main structure, the specification is M12*25. High strength bolt is used to fix main structure, the specification is M20*45, this type bolt can resist strong earthquake, so the structure connection is safe enough. The foundation bolt is used to connection main steel structure column with the land foundation, the specification is M24*850.
