Main steel structure frame

The warehouse steel structure frame is made by square tube steel, all steel got special production galvanized treatment, this treatment will made the steel anti-rust, make the steel frame life time to be longer.

Steel support system

Tie bar support made by rod steel, used to strength the column and beam connection.

Knee brace made by angle steel, every two purlin set this support to strength connection between pulin and beam

Tension rod steel support is made by galvanized steel pipe, which is used to keep purlin stability.

Casing pipe steel is made by steel pipe, got same function as tension rod.

Wall & Roof covering system

Roof purlin: Galvanized C section steel used as roof purlin, it is used to fix roof wall with roof beam together.
Wall purlin:Galvanized C section steel used as wall purlin, this type purlin is better than black C section steel, the life time is longer.

Roof sheet: Roof panel system combined by steel sheet and glass wool materials, the steel sheet is used to cover the warehouse, and the glass wool is used to insulate the outside hot and temperature, so that the temperature inside the warehouse can keep stable, keep as storage goods demand.

Wall sheet: Wall panel system are made by steel sheet and glass wool as well, the downside 2m is made by brick wall, it is safer choice for project owner, because the thief can break steel sheet wall easily, but can not break the brick wall at the downside 2m.

Additional system

Rain gutter: this warehouse roof is small, and the project area got very limited rain, so client decide to cancel the gutter to save the cost, it won’t be a problem.

Door: one big door is installed in front of the warehouse, size is 3m*3m, it is a quite normal size for this type small warehouse, can client only planned small truck enter the warehouse, so this size door is not a problem for enter and exit.
