Steel Structure Pig House For Pig Feeding Farm
Main steel structure frame
The steel structure frame is made by square steel tube, this type steel section is small, materials weight is small, it can save materials cost. Meanwhile we choose the galvanized the steel tube, in order to avoid the biogas corrode the steel frame, the biogas is generated by pig manure.
Steel support system
Tie bar is made by galvanized round steel pipe, it is installed between steel column, in order to make all steel column fix to be one structure, keep stable.
Other small support is not necessary at this type simple steel structure, so we cancel it to make project cost less.
Wall & Roof covering system
Roof purlin: galvanized steel is used as roof pulin, we made the purlin bigger specification to strength the structure stability performance, because we cancel the small steel support.
Roof sheet: Roof cover use EPS composite panel, it is made by 2 layer steel sheet and sandwich panel at middle, this materials can insulation outside environment temperature, so that the pig house inside temperature can be adjust by demand, not effected by outside environment.
Wall sheet: wall made by concrete brick wall, because the pig may damage the wall cover if we made it by steel sheet, brick wall will be a suitable choose.
Additional system
Wet curtain: there is wet curtain cooling pad installed at the end wall, it is made by hard paper, and inject cool water, when the outside hot air exchange with the inside air throng by this wet curtain, it can cooling the pig shed.
Ventilation window: several ventilation window is necessary because there is manure biogas produced by pig, the window is made by plastic materials, it can prevent corrode by biogas, and ventilation performance is good.
Door: 2 pcs small door is installed at the pig house two side, feeding worker go throng by the door every day, it is made by sandwich panel and steel frame, the sandwich layer inside the door will keep temperature insulation performance good.
5.Galvanized bolt is installed at every connection area, this type steel structure shed can not use common bolt, otherwise the bolt will be rust by times go, because the manure biogas got very strong corrosion performance.
