The client is a retailer at local area, very successful business man, he want to build a high end shopping mall there, and make it 4 floor, every floor have different item like normal use product at 3rd floor, closes item at 2nd floor, luxury goods at 1st and ground floor.

Design Parameter

Building designed wind loading speed :Wind load≥200km/h.
Building life time: 50 years.
Steel structure materials: standard Q235 steel.
Roof&wall sheet: Sandwich panel used as covering system.
Roof&wall purlin(Q235 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door & window: 4 door at each floor.

Production & Shipping

4 days to adjust the design and confirm design drawing with client.
36 days for production for all the goods
62 days for shipping from China to destination, Africa.

Installation

The installation work is complicate, we have to install it one floor by one floor, and each floor installation quality must be good, otherwise there will be quality risk after installation work done, so we send our project manager to inspect the installation process from the beginning, and done all work.
Totally takes 3 month at the installation process.
