Project Introduction

The steel structure workshop, located in Adama city,Ethiopia. is a very famous food processing company. The size of the workshop is 125m*20m*10m, Total 3 sets workshop same size. The exterior walls are made by 8.5m colored steel sheets and 1,5m block walls. Each workshop has 4 pcs big sliding doors and dimensions are 5m*5m. Roof ridge has ventilator system to ensure good ventilation in the workshop.

Design Parameter

The below information are the parameters of different parts:
Workshop building :Wind load≥0.55KN/M2 ,Live load≥0.55KN/M2 ,Dead load≥0.15KN/M2.
Steel beam &column(Q355 steel):2 layers epoxy antirust oil painting in 130μm thickness color is red
Roof&wall sheet:corrugated galvanized sheet(V-840 and V900) Red&Yellow color
Roof&wall purlin(Q345 steel) :C section Galvanized Steel Purlin
Door size is 5*5m sliding door, which can be open and close easily.
This workshop has Roof ridge ventilator system.

Production & Shipping

We prepared all steel parts for client during 42days, and packed loaded in 13*40HC containers. Shipping time is 38 days to Djibouti port. Client use ESL(Ethiopian Shipping and Logistics Service Enterprise) and get containers from Modjo/ commet DRY PORT,then use trucks take to his project site.

Installation

The owner used local installation team to install the steel structure parts, it cost 83 days totally to finish the foundation and installation work.

Execute Summary

From client contact us to project done ,It took a total of 163 day.This is a project with a very fast construction cycle for customers in Ethiopia. Our company are responsible for project design, material processing, and transportation, online support for installation.
